GENERAL CONDITIONS:

 

Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wireless internet is available and is free of charge. Smoking is only allowed in some of the public areas and some of the open air areas. Guests must check in between 15:00h and 21:00h and check out until 11:00h. All groups are accepted. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge. As per law n.º 144/2015, in case of a legal dispute, Residencia Praia Norte chooses “Julgados de Paz”  closest to Nazaré, for resolution.

Check-in entre 15:00h e 21:00h - Check-out até ás 11:00h. As crianças de todas as idades são bem-vindas. Não são permitidos animais. Fumar é apenas permitido em alguns dos espaços ao ar livre. Estacionamento gratuito disponível no local para todos os hóspedes.

Conforme Lei n.º 144/2015, em caso de conflito ou litigio, a Residencia Praia Norte escolhe para a resolução dos mesmos, os “Julgados de Paz” da área mais próxima a Nazaré.

 

Payment Conditions

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Payments by cash, paypal, and the following cards:Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge are accepted. Payment will only be made at your arrival and as per your prefered payment method.

É necessário um cartão de crédito válido para garantir a reserva. Aceitam-se pagamentos por numerário, bacs, paypal, e os seguintes cartões: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express.

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full amount of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction less than 14 days before arrival date, a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made.

Se uma reserva for cancelada com menos de 14 dias antes da chegada, será cobrada uma taxa equivalente ao total da reserva
No caso de não comparecer (ou redução da reserva após chegada) será cobrada uma taxa equivalente ao total da reserva.
